Teenager injured after car slammed into motorcycle

first_imgA teenager is now injured and in hot water following an accident along Haley andPolice Officers confiscating the motorcycleNorton Streets, Georgetown on Sunday afternoon.Based on reports received, the young man, of Sophia, Greater Georgetown, was riding along the roadway when a speeding car reportedly struck him off the motorcycle bearing registration number CJ 5018.The driver of the motor car sped away from the scene, but as Police arrived, it wasrevealed that the young man was wearing no helmet at the time of the accident and more so, he had no documents for the motorcycle.The motorcycle was taken to the Brickdam Police Station while the young manThe mangled motorcyclewho had injuries to his knee and toe was taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital, where he was treated and then handed over to the Police as they continue their investigations.
