Many roads were water-logged, making driving difficult, and visibility was p0or.Low-lying bridges were the hardest hit by the flash flooding. Public Safety officers were at the bridges to make sure no vehicles travelled on them.Roads were closed until most of the water subsided. Large amounts of debris is still scattered all over the place.There was one case of a light motor vehicle being stuck on the bridge in Protea Drive. The car wasn’t washed away and no injuries were sustained.
