Local lady now a Joburg musician

One of her favourite sayings is: “Music heals a broken soul”.B.Kay is committed to creating a South African R&B sound like no other, fusing elements of many popular ‘groove’ styles that are unique to this country.With cross-over sonic and visual styles, she is aiming for national fame and fortune, while also keeping her options open for overseas markets. In addition, she is the co-founder of a talent agency called ‘The House of Thom’.She is a believer in the idea of an emerging, shared social identity among the youth. Describing herself as open, shy-minded, open-hearted and a slave to the beat, she believes that the youth of this country can “write the future” and make this country one of the best in the world.She plans to tour the entire country, release singles to radio, record an album and get to perform at all the major music festivals.
